We have continued learning about Diwali this week. The children have thoroughly enjoyed making diya lamps, following firework trails and using numicon to make rangoli patterns. We also tasted curry and popadoms, the children particularly enjoyed the popadoms!!

This week we have been learning about Diwali. We have made Diwali coconut sweets and eaten them, used plastic piping bags and paint to create mehndi patterns and made rangoli patterns with both rice and play dough.

It is lovely to see all of the children again after half term. They have all settled back into our classroom routines very well. We have continued learning about Autumn and the seasons this week. The children have decorated trees…
